Innovation Training Summit

The first event in Italy where all the main players in the world of training will meet, together to create a system and relaunch a new economy of work, training and innovative orientation. Institutions, Companies, Training Bodies, Universities, ITS Academy, HR – L&D, APL, Interprofessional Funds, Startups, Research and Innovation Centers, Third Sector Associations and Bodies will meet on March 21st and 22nd in Rome for the first edition of the Innovation Training Summit at the Conciliazione Auditorium for two days of intense work, discussion on the most current topics and active networking. Organized by the non-profit association Ecosistema Formazione Italia, the Innovation Training Summit, the first institutional B2B event at a national level, will bring on stage over 100 expert speakers and important institutional figures, among whom the Minister of Business and Industry officially confirms his presence. Made in Italy Adolfo Urso and the Director General of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies Massimo Temussi.

Also present were the Head of Technological Innovation and Startups of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Massimo Carnelos, the Presidents of the main Interprofessional Funds as well as Giovanni Fosti, President, Fund for the Digital Republic – Social Enterprise. The managers of the regional training and work departments of Emilia-Romagna, Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia also participate

The intense and dynamic program of the Innovation Training Summit, characterized not only by panels on the main stage and parallel sessions with activities, discussions, practical workshops, startup showcases, will host for the first time the “EFI General States,” in-depth round tables in which the state of the art of the Italian territories will be described with General Directors and strategic operators of the respective Regions in dialogue with each other. Particular attention and space will be dedicated to Higher Technical Institutes and their evolution, for a comparison of the good practices achieved and future regulatory and planning visions.

Innovation Training Summit will conceptually develop around four main pillars: Training Methodologies, to explore how to maximize the effectiveness of training, achieve learning outcomes and guarantee the acquisition of the necessary knowledge and skills; Innovation, the “sine qua non” element to stimulate growth in every sector and improve the learning experience, through the use of revolutionary and effective technologies, such as AI; Business Development, to support and improve the activities of individual companies by training an ever-increasing number of people and identifying tools and funds available for the sector; Sustainability, to create training in line with global efforts and ESG to help the planet and society achieve equal rights.
