Moodlemoot Italia 2024

MoodleMoot Italy 2024 will be held in Viterbo from October 10th to 12th.
The Italian Moodle Users Association (AIUM) is organizing this edition in collaboration with the Department of Humanities, Communication, and Tourism (DISUCOM) at the University of Tuscia.

MoodleMoot Italy is the main gathering for Italian “Moodlers” to share research and experiences, participate in workshops, and discover the latest innovations.
Over the three days, participants will delve into the use of Moodle both as an online learning environment and as an integrated tool in face-to-face educational paths, discussing the evolving scenarios in education, training, and communities of practice. Moodle version 4.5 (LTS) and the brand new AI subsystem will also be presented.
Known for its medieval historic center and thermal waters, Viterbo is one of the three places in the world that can boast the title of Papal City! Confirming its historical significance, UNESCO has recognized the traditional Transport of the Macchina di Santa Rosa as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
The event will be hosted at the historic complex of Santa Maria in Gradi, an ancient Dominican convent built in the 13th century, part of the Network of Monumental Complexes of the University of Tuscia.
The venue for MoodleMoot Italy 2024 is located a short walk from Porta Romana railway station and the historic center. Participants will also have access to a large internal parking lot.
